UTM Paremeters Added to Product Page Link Synced to META Catalog

Hello!

We want to publish shopping ads on META and are using the automatic sync from Shopify to META to populate and create product pages in the META catalog. Everything is working fine, except that the product page link populated in each product page contains UTM parameters and I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get rid of it. See the screenshot below for reference. 

Can anybody help me, please!!

Hello!

After countless back and forths with META over a period of one week, we finally found the solution and it was a very simple one. Simply, go to the Ads Manager on META, click on the 3 dots at the top-right corner of the window and select "Reset Ads Manager" from the drop-down menu.

Hi, this did not work for me. I still have the utm parameters in the catalog's product URL.

Catalog is now under Commerce Manager and not Ads Manager, so I'm also not sure how does resetting Ads Manager help... Could you confirm that this solution worked for you and you're no longer seeing the UTM parameters in the catalog's product URL? Thank you
