Very confused, ran a keyword density check, dont know where keywords are pulled from.

I ran this on our site and it came up with some weird results. I ran that tool against our homepage and it told me that there is 1230 words and the most common keywords should not be what it is reporting. I also ran the same tool on this product and it told me there are over 4000 words on this page. What the hell have I done wrong, where are these keywords being pulled from??? Help please,thanks.
