Hey, @LJ51

Is this in reference to your Google Ad Account? My suggestion would be to reach out to their support team for further insight on the potential violations. At Shopify, we do not have access or the ability to determine why another platform is suspending your account. With that said, I do have some resources that can hopefully point you in the right direction and some alternative workarounds:

According to Google: "One possible reason for a suspension in Google Ads is because of a violation of the Circumventing Systems Policy. ... A circumventing policy violation refers to any action taken by a user with the perceived intention of trying to exploit or undermine Google's system and policies."

Google also goes on to mention that it's not possible to recover your ad account with them after the violation has been filed. So, unfortunately, it sounds like your ad account with them may be permanently removed. With that said, you still have other options:

You can use a third-party app such as AdScale to run your ads on Google. The good thing about it is that it creates your Google ad account and the relevant advertising assets on the app's own ad account, so you won't need to handle the headache of getting your ad account up and running nor handling or managing your campaigns.

If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.

I come from a background in Gov and defense. I simply added my Shopify store to run a Google ad and it did the same to me. Facebook and Twitter did the same. In my case, I can say this: It is something they are doing whereby whatever advertising software the companies use, seem to be erroneously processing campaigns. 3 days ago, it was Facebook, 2 days ago Twitter and then last night, Google. All my ads halted/stopped, one after another, and as indicated, all I did was provide a simple link to my shopify stores. For the record, I have run successful campaigns on Facebook and Google in the past, so there is definitely a problem on the end of the aforementioned tech companies and their systems.
