Website improvements - Google Merchant

Could you help me with a problem I have for a client. 

Merchant Centre is saying:  Make sure you website meets the following requirements: 

• Your website should have a domain name that matches the uploaded domain name
• Your entire website shouldn't have any broken links
• Your website shouldn't contain any placeholder images or text
• The product details and categories should match those that you provide in your product data
• Your website shouldn't contain generic information and shouldn't miss crucial information about products

For example, mising business address in the footer of all pages.

For example, your address is not a real address, but a postoffice. Google does not accept this, you need to use a real physical address where you work.

For example, remove the 0 reviews, where you show 5 stars, this can be considered misleading

For example, missing availability status on the product landing page.

Hey Emmanuel, 

Thanks for your response. 

This is what I am seeing in the Merchant Centre (see attached). 

The client has a Post Office as the physical address and I can't see this in the footer. I will speak with them on this.
