Indexing issue in the website.

When we are checking the indexing of Sub-Category pages the cache details of the same page showing the wrong URL.
suppose - we check the URL https://bit.ly/2O6Jb3W the Google Cache showing details for https://bit.ly/2wjAfRA
Cahce page - https://bit.ly/2BGrE1a
Canonical URL is correct
No Redirections is setup
Don't know why the correct URL is not indexing
If we check in Webmaster URL Inspection, Google detecting the /all URL but we declared canonical is /stud.
