Website using our website -Fraud - Help !!!!

HELP

Our company Koeze.com has a company using it without our permission.  They are taking orders and stealing credit card information.  Then using stolen cards to place fraudulent orders.  We need to have this site blocked on Shopify. 

What our steps that we need to do to make this happen?

We have already put in a fraud request to Shopfiy but no one has gotten back to us.  We have contacted the FBI as well.  We really need help

I can appreciate this is a tough situation and that you would like action to be taken abruptly. With that said, if you have flagged this store with our support, then please know you have taken the correct next steps and our internal teams will do their utmost to help you get this issue resolved. I cannot give a lead time for this, however please allow our teams some time to investigate this and get back to you with the appropriate solution. 

The queue is ordered chronologically and by priority, and they are aware of how important this is. Hold tight and keep an eye out for any emails in the meantime from them. Let me know if you have any additional questions!

I wouldn't be able to comment on what the latest situation is. However, I would recommend keeping all communication to your ticket with our internal team if you have one, as they would be best able to advise on this. All the best!
