SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
I am a small store owner on Shopify. I have a good pipeline of users visiting my store everyday but the conversion rate is quite low. Are there any apps available on the Shopify store that will help me solve this problem?
Hi @Rithwik ,
Thank you for reaching out here.
The usage of third-party apps seems to be a great way to deal with this. After doing some searching, I found some apps that fit your requirement. Make sure you check them out.
If you find this answer helpful, please mark it as a solution.
Best regards.
Hi,
you can increase conversion rate by using a heat map of clicks and analysis of user behavior.
Also, you can reduce bounce rate by using pop-up form with relevant message for users. You can find it here https://apps.shopify.com/plerdy
I hope it helps you.
If you have any questions, let me know.
Hello @Rithwik,
There may be many reasons why you are not getting sales. Follow through with all of the strategies mentioned below and you’ll be on your way to the next level in your Shopify business.
1. Targeting the wrong audience
You should show your ads to the right audience.
2. Home page not attractive
Make sure your website Home page is looking clean, professional, and attractive as many visitors click through to your homepage to see what your website is all about.
3. Poor product pages quality
As ads are landing to your product pages, you will lose sales if product pages are not making a good impression to the visitors. Make sure the product pages are of high quality and optimize them to convert.
4. Missing policy or legal pages
The policies and legal pages are not only the legally required document to disclose your practices on protecting personal information, but it's also great way to show users that you can be trusted, and that you have procedures in place to handle their personal information with care.
5. Slow shipping and delivery
Most of the buyers want to get their products delivered quickly. Mostly within 1-2 weeks. The sales will get reduced if the shipping and delivery time exceeds 3 weeks.
6. Slow loading website
If your website takes longer than 3 seconds to load, 40% of your traffic will be lost.
7. Optimize the checkout page
The checkout page holds the greatest risk of losing sales. It’s estimated that the average shopping cart abandonment rate at the checkout page hovers somewhere between 65% and 96%, dependent on industry. Keep in mind optimizing your checkout is a never-ending process.
