What’s the best Shopify app for loyalty and rewards programs?

I’ve been running a points-based loyalty program using a free Shopify app, but customer participation is low—only 12% of my customers have signed up, and even fewer redeem their points. The app lacks customization options, and customers have mentioned that the rewards system isn’t clear or enticing enough. I want to improve the program with tiered rewards, referral incentives, and better communication about benefits.

Could you recommend a Shopify app that offers more advanced loyalty program features? How easy is it to set up and integrate into my existing store?

If you have 12% of your customers joining your loyalty program, then it's not a bad start at all. 

Anw, if you're looking for 3rd app, I would recommend OneLoyalty - they covers lots of things from users interface to advanced features to help you customize your program.

@HarryLam95 , we just released a new app in this space. It solves for loyalty quite differently tho from the rest and instead of points - it focuses on real credit that the users can spend easily with a single click at checkout. 

I'm sharing one of our merchant's dashboard, they recently implemented a program using our solution and saw the following results in just 14-20 days time. 

1. +24% return customer rate compared to previous time period
2. 25% of the total credit rewarded has already been redeemed
