Personally, I prefer Screaming Frog SEO Spider.
It gives me so many insights, though looks very complicated due to primitive design and overwhelming stats.
What do you use in addition to Shopify apps?
Not really. I'm just being curious. There're lots of apps on Shopify app store to help merchants with SEO, but there are even more of them on the web. So I'm wondering, do Shopify users consider any of external tools or they prefer to stick to internal means within Shopify ecosystem.
Moreover, we could discuss some tricks and news on this topic regarding SEO tools.
Indeed it is! I've been using it for three months so far and still uncover new features. SEMRush is a true foundation of any SEO or content marketing strategy.
But it appeared to be very complicated for the occasional users. They get overwhelmed with tools, buttons, tabs... That makes me think that this tool is more agencies-oriented.
I think they need to reorganize their knowledge base. Though it has complete information, I didn't manage to filter out all manuals! The search offered me some, but not all of them. I had to go through the whole KB to find the necessary links.
Did anyone use MOZ tools?
Moz.com is a leader in SEO tools. I have been doing SEO for over 10 years and highly recommend their tools.
I love Moz's Learning Center.
By the way, a nice tool you are building! Hope promoprep will be integrated with google calendar to automatically export data. No matter how wonderful your service is, people will stick to something they are used to. If whole data could be displayed on the calendar, this would be a perfect hit.
Do you need to log in to the service to add an event each time? Start a promotion, then go to the website and add a promotion?
