Where to get marketing help (paid by results)

I have several brands that I feel have the potential to be very successful but I want help exposing them to the corrupt audience along with facebook advertising advice and assistance.

Is there any service I can look to? I prefer that the service only be paid when they deliver results because they will have more incentive to make my brands as successful as possible.
