Hi,

Every company is different, and each company finds its own marketing mix in time. I don't know much about your business, but I would like to submit a general response.

There's a book called "Traction", which explains how to test different marketing channels until you find what is working for you. I'm not the author, I just think the book is good, and it could give you some good ideas.

If you are focusing on selling directly to end customers (retail), Google Ads and Facebook are always a good starting point. Google Ads is great because you can show ads for specific search terms users enter into Google. So you could show ads for your company when someone searches for custom envelopes (there are between 1000 and 10000 monthly searches for "custom envelopes"). Facebook ads are good because quite a lot of people are on Facebook, and you can again be very specific with targeting.

But maybe partnerships would be a better fit for your business model, I can't be certain. If you decide to go with partnerships, I would recommend marketing on LinkedIn (either through adverts or through making connections and speaking with potential customers).

Whatever way you choose, please keep in mind that the website is one of the most important assets you have. Investments in website UX are always a good idea. I'm telling you this because I skimmed through your website and noticed some issues. For example, when you select a specific envelope, the "quantity" and "color" dropdown menus don't work (for example on this page), the website was not rendered properly sometimes, and the cart is not implemented in the standard way. I'm not trying to bring you down or anything, I'm just trying to help.
