Why am I getting a permission error while creating a TikTok campaign?

I am trying to create a new campaign for my shopify store on tiktok but there is a permission error that pops up every time I try to edit the new campaign. I really have no idea what I am doing wrong and I seem to have tried everything. Can someone please help me?
