Re: Check Outs but 0 Sales?

Why am I getting check outs but no sales from my TikTok ads?

I have been running tik Tok ads for my store for about a week, have hundreds of store visits, dozens of check outs, and 0 sales. I am not sure if its a problem in the checkout process or something that spooks buyers off in the check out process. Any help will be much appreciated, thank you!  bebelleco.com

There could be a number of reasons why you are not seeing sales despite having a high number of store visits and checkouts. Here are a few possible explanations and suggestions for how you might be able to improve your conversion rate:

  1. The checkout process is confusing or difficult to use: Make sure that your checkout process is clear and easy to follow, with as few steps as possible. Consider using a platform like Shopify, which has a user-friendly checkout process built in.

  2. Your prices are too high: If your prices are significantly higher than those of your competitors, it could be deterring potential customers from completing a purchase. Consider adjusting your prices or offering promotions or discounts to make your products more attractive to buyers.

  3. Your product descriptions or images are not convincing: Make sure that your product descriptions are detailed and accurate, and that you are using high-quality product images to showcase your products.

  4. You are not targeting the right audience: If you are not reaching the right audience with your TikTok ads, it could be causing a low conversion rate. Consider adjusting your targeting to reach a more relevant audience.

  5. There is an issue with your payment processing: If you are experiencing issues with your payment processing, it could be causing customers to abandon their checkout. Make sure that you are using a reliable payment gateway and that your payment processing is set up correctly.

It might also be helpful to review your store's analytics to see where potential customers are dropping off in the checkout process, and to use this information to identify and address any problems.

Hey I just went through your checkout & everything looks like it's working.

The only thing that stood out to me is that you're only accepting PayPal & not shopify payments (credit cards). I feel like this might be one of the reasons people are dropping off since not everyone has a PayPal account or wants to use it.

Perhaps consider adding shopify payments, google pay, or other popular payment options.
I hope this insight helps, let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

your developer/QA should check if the checkout process is working well or not?

try to add one dummy order to confirm it's functional!

I've taken a look at your store and found there are quite a few things which if added can increase sales.

1. Add Contact Us page for better customer interaction. Also display store's contact info like phone number, email address, and office address in the Contact Us page.
2. Testimonials are a good way to increase the trust and will influence the purchasing decision. Also, provide the customers' full name, and profile photo of them to add authenticity and credibility.
3. Add social media for the store to increase the traffic. Having social media for the store will help increase the traffic.
4. Make About Us more personal, likable, and believable so that, your prospects are more likely to be comfortable buying from you.
5. Showing your average rating gives your shoppers quick information to make purchase decisions. Average ratings provide you with feedback on popular and unpopular products that you can use to make changes.
6. Use blogging
Blogging is a great technique to increase the traffic and ranking of your website. If you blog consistently with high-quality content over a long period, your site will rank higher for specific keywords or topics.
