First thing I noticed is that your pen product doesn't have an enticing description!!
This is definitely causing big drop-off of purchasing customers. Descriptions are the place where you entice the potential customer and elicit some emotion from them.
I do like the emoji list but I'd use using Shopify's Magic AI description generator to add some more depth. Plus if you want to A/B test and optimize these descriptions, please check out my free app Crowly.
In basic terms it auto-generates descriptions and/or pricing and continuously tests the best performer against new ones. As traffic comes in, the app will find the ideal pricing and descriptions for each of your products
Alternatively, If you prefer a more hands-on approach, you can handpick descriptions and pricing to test (generic A/B testing) in app.
