Hi @Jaycrawford

If you have traffic but no sales, it could mean customers don't find your store reliable enough to make a purchase.  Consider implementing more e-commerce marketing tools to build customer trust. Here are some suggestions that you can work on. I hope it would help.

  • About Us page

Add more information to the About Us section regarding your business, founders, and processes for customer trust. Showing your store visitors that you are real by putting the team or working process photos will add credibility.

  • Engagement through Social Media

Social media has become a huge thing nowadays. Work on your accounts and link Facebook/Pinterest/Instagram to your store. It will help you with building your community,  improving communication, and making the store more reliable and trustworthy.

  • Referral Program

Additionally, you can consider the Referral program to give your customers an opportunity of sharing your products with friends and get rewarded for that. Once you got your first clients, try to gain more orders through existing ones. It motivates customers to develop brand community.

Hi @Jaycrawford

Looking at the metrics of your site in connection to SEO, they're sorely lacking in a number of areas (namely links and UX).

Your traffic overall is minimal and until those areas are addressed, Google will continue to look past your site from an organic point of view.

For a new site like yours, you need to expect to work continuously on it with regards to SEO for a long time, with meaningful results coming at around the 9-12 month mark. Provided you're willing to learn or hire someone that knows what they're doing, along with a budget.

Hi Jay,

Cool shop! Have you tried engaging with the Reddit community and mentioning your store there?

For example, those are relevant discussions where you can chime in, share your expertise and organically mention your store.
