Dear shopify team i setup my store  and i run multiple campaign on tiktok but i am not getting any order yet i completely understand that if my product is not good i will not get order but i am confuse that may be people want to buy my product but there is some technical reason due to which i am not getting order therefore you are requested to please if there is something need to be on or off tell me .

I'm sorry about your store and I understand that you are not having sales on your store even after running a Tiktok ads...

 

As effective as Tiktok ads might be, this might not work if you are not having a User and Mobile friendly store (Research has shown that 90% of online shoppers do their shopping through mobile) and an appropriate payment integration should be included...

There are a lot of things that can lead to the result of not getting any order from ads. Based on my experience, I can list some general points that may help you to work around. 

1. Technical issue.
Yeah, may be there are some technical issue with your store or your landing page which leads to no order. You can do some test order or reach out to Shopify Support to seek for help. 

2. Your target audience
Even though your products are not good enough to get a ton of sales, at least it can still fit some shoppers demand. But the thing is that you need to identify who is your target audience, will they be your shoppers? This problems happened a lot with e-commerce businesses when they try to run ads. Because simply the audience demographics that they are targeting are just viewers, not shoppers. They don't have the tension to buy anything from the ads yet. 

Run the right ads campaign to the right target audience is always very important. You and your team should have some discussion to find the best solution. 

3. Your sales funnel

The importance of this is depended on your products. If it is not FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods) so you can not expect your visitors will buy your product instantly. Therefore, if the landing pages that you're using for the ads campaign are to generate the sales may not be the best solution. Your audience needs to take their time to research about your product, your brand so when they have the demand, they can get back to you later. So if you change the goal of your landing page into Lead generations, it can be much better. 

4. Lack of sales-generating element

Yeah, this is more like an additional content to the above point. If your product is a FMCG, so you want to make your visitors become buyers as quick as possible. What we need to achieve here is that we can eliminate the "Consideration" state in customers mind right from the landing page. What I mean is to prove your product is worth to buy as quick as possible. Reviews widget, trust-badge, discount, countdown timer, etc... are what you should add to your landing page.
