Why am I not getting sales despite high traffic on my online store?

Hey everyone, I get A LOT of traffic to my store, but need help diagnosing why I’m not getting sales. Would you mind looking through it?

This is a brand I created, not dropshipping. I started on Etsy and had a lot of sales at the beginning of the year and it has dropped off since inflation has risen. Etsy has increased their seller fees so I moved on to Shopify.

Is my price point too high? This is a custom made 100% silk product… so the product themselves was expensive for me to order. 
My bounce rate is HIGH. And I am confused on why that is? I just can’t figure it out… please help.

I believe the best way to know for sure why your visitors are leaving your store empty-handed is asking them directly via a survey. You could display a survey like the one below to your visitors when they are about to leave your store:

It should feature options with the most common objections, and also a comment field for other answers. You should also make sure to display the survey only to people who have not purchased anything.

Have you tried  shopify website diagnostics by "cro media"? They can identify the issue and do full Shopify audit, it it just around $500 for full shopify store diagnostics.
