One thing to keep in mind is that there are hundreds of thousands of stores out there that you're competing with. And the more you try to do, the more competition you have.

Looking at your store, it's hard to know what you specialize in because you seem to sell everything. But Amazon sells everything too, so that's a hard way to compete.

You might have more luck by picking a niche and going deep on it, which is hard if you're dropshipping, but certainly easier than trying to be good at everything. The trick is to find what you can be very good at and compete there, then expand. Even Amazon started by just selling books.

I also would pause ad spend until you figure out what resonates. You can usually do that by testing on Instagram or TikTok to see what people like, then work on getting those people to your store, on your email list, etc.

Also FYI the Instagram link at the bottom of your page is broken.

@popsmash nailed it. My very broad advice would be: Go through your shop, pick the category you currently sell that you like most, delete all the other categories, and keep and maybe expand the one category you kept.

Right now, you're carrying so many things that you've become a variety store. This is a really hard type of store to succeed at because, well, Amazon exists. So, you need a niche. Find something you can be passionate about, create a brand around it, and give it all your focus. I would second the advice to pause your ads until you hone in on a niche.

Lastly, I got a security error when I clicked the link. It was warning me about phishing. Not sure what triggered it, but that will obviously cause visitors to bounce.

Hello @Muaz1,

Good day! Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $5Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing difficulty in converting visitors to customers on your Shopify store despite investing in marketing. Below are some tips you can try to improve your conversion rates.

1. Analyze your website's user experience (UX)
Review your website's navigation, design, content, loading speed, and overall user experience. Make sure your website is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and the content is engaging and informative.

2. Improve your website's loading speed
I ran a speed test for your store and the score is only 33. If your website takes too long to load, visitors may leave before they have a chance to see what you have to offer. Use tools such as Google's PageSpeed Insights to determine your website's loading time and identify areas for improvement.

3. Optimize your product pages
Make sure your product pages are optimized with high-quality images, detailed product descriptions, pricing, and reviews. Also, consider adding videos to showcase your products and demonstrate their benefits.

4. Provide excellent customer service
Make sure you are available to answer customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Also, consider adding a live chat feature to your website to provide real-time support.

5. Analyze your traffic sources
Review your traffic sources to determine which channels are driving the most traffic and which ones are resulting in the most conversions. You may need to adjust your marketing strategy or budget to focus on channels that are performing well.

6. Consider partnering with influencers
Collaborating with influencers who have a strong following in your niche can help you reach a wider audience and drive more sales.

Overall, improving your conversion rates takes time and effort. Be patient, keep testing and optimizing your website, and be open to trying new strategies to improve your results.

Hi @Muaz1 ,

This is Richard from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App.

From my experience, you could start with optimizing your website first via optimizing design, layout and page speed to make it look professional and bring great experience to visitors.

Besides that, you could apply specific marketing strategies to boost sales. FOMO marketing is one of the triggers that could help turn visitors into buyers. Some of the FOMO strategies that you could consider:  Free shipping for a limited time; Show that people are buying; Reward your first X buyers; Show scarcity; etc.

You could also try out some practicical tips from this guide https://www.shopify.com/blog/120261189-conversion-rate-optimization

I hope my suggestions will be helpful to you!

Best of luck!
