Hey all Shopify sellers & experts,

 

My name is Ima, and I have a Shopify store for more than a year, but I haven’t get any sales. My visitor are also so poor. I have spend all my saving for this. Can anyone please help me ??!!!!

I've checked your store and I found some areas that you can improve or change to test if they would bring more conversion:

 

1- Allow guest checkout

Right now you are requesting visitors to log in to be able to check out and it will cost more time for your visitors and can make them hesitate to buy as they have to register into your website.

 

2- Have a deadline for your discount

I see that you are currently running sales, but the discount can work better if you have a deadline for it. For example, you let your store visitors know that the sales would end at midnight on December 10, so they’d better hurry up. The countdown timer can work great for this use case:

Or showing some products that are both discounted and low in stock.

3 - Have option to choose size

Though you have a size guide on some products, there’s no way for shoppers to choose size variants.

 

Visitors have to read the description but I guess some people just don’t read it.

 

I think you can have a short description above the Add to Cart button saying that the default length is 17.5cm and then, have another Call to action button, namely Customize my bracelet, for example. After people click on it, they can chat with you.

 

4- Have image quality and have modal image

Take this one as an example: The image quality is low even when I didn’t click to view its full size

Also, you can have an image where a model is wearing the bracelet to enhance the aesthetic

 

5- Use analytics to learn where your customers come from 

You can use Google analytics or Facebook Analytics to find actionable insights to improve your store like:

  • Are your target customers coming to your store?
  • On which page they are likely to leave? (so you can do more work on those pages to improve conversion, like changing the layout of how you display the information)

if you get traffic and no conversion I recommend adding reviews, also use guest checkout as the user needs to create an account to buy your product

I wonder, what acquisition channel do you use? because in terms of organic traffic you are ranking for 4 keywords ( if we looked at the keyword difficulty it seems like the competition for your keyword is quite low )
