And there is a first thing you should think to improve. While myshopify.com is a free domain and stores are using it for most visitors is a red flag. In these days when there are a lot of scams at least having a full domain is required. I checked ayzel.co.uk for example is available if you are from the UK that is a good starting point.
When I mention scams, how would you check if an online store is trustworthy? Well, the first thing you might check is contact details, address phone, and location. And I do not see any information on your website. You could add info in the footer and on the contact page.
Your website looks clean, images are good, but one thing to improve in a visual sense. They should be the same size so on collection pages content does not go up and down. It is a free theme and you can imagine how many more stores have it, but for a start is fine. But do plan in future a theme change, and use some paid one. They bring both design and features to your store.
But even current state a new theme would not help as you need to attract more visitors. You can not pay ads too much but you can use TickTok or Instagram at least to share your products. Also, check some successful brands you really like, they do not have to be big, but some that do most things right on the website. I had one simple search on Google and these two topjewellery.co.uk and www.nichejewellery.co.uk seem fine. Check and learn, get inspiration, and do what you can to improve your store, bit by bit.
Good luck.
Hi @ayzelbyabi
Sorry to hear there are no sales. Every start is hard but there could be a few things you could do to attract people and get some sales.
But first, what is the URL of your store and what do you do currently for marketing?

Hi, Thank you so much for your suggestions, I will look into these points and will start making changes.
I have taken your advice and edited the pictures to one size, which I agree looks much better than having different Size pictures.
Once again thank you so much. Take care

As someone who has created many successful e-commerce websites over the years, I have some advice.
Firstly, what the customer looks at first:
An e-commerce site with a design that is at least average. This includes the homepage, product pages, and a single-page checkout. The better the design of these pages, the more comfortable the customer will feel on your site. Of course, in addition to design, you should also address this with software features. Having more than one page for checkout (2 or more) can overwhelm the customer. However, handling and considering these aspects falls under the responsibilities of web developers and designers. Shoppy provides you with a simple foundation.
In terms of software features, there should be a focus on on-site SEO. Installing plugins from the Shopify app won't solve the issue. For example, each product requires a unique 200-word description. This is just a small example.
Advertising is crucial. If you don't attract traffic to your site through social media and Google at the beginning, it's normal to face challenges. In the e-commerce field, there are millions of sites worldwide. The product you sell is likely offered by thousands of other companies. Considering this perspective, you might agree that waiting for success without strategic advertising is not realistic.
Achieving success through these three mentioned points requires the expertise and continuous efforts of various professionals. Companies like Shopify provide you with a solid foundation, but the rest is up to you.
