Hi there, @reniemel. Thanks for asking this question! I'm happy to explain why you received that email. 

 

You received that email because someone has privately messaged you via the Shopify Forums regarding what appears to be account closures. Our systems uses emails to notify users when they've either had a forum post replied to, or a private message sent to them.
