Why am I unable to connect my Facebook pixel through sales channels?

Hi, 
I tried to connect my facebook pixel through facebook and instagram sales channel once i connect everything and click on the submit button then they show me a error and told me that details are not submitted please try again. I tried this thing with different facebook accounts and browsers but they show me the same thing. Please tell me a solution.
