Hello,

I have been using google smart shopping ads for over 3 years but my ROI is now falling down, so I have set up "keyword" ads but they are blocked by google for malware !

Has anyone experienced this situation? Any idea how to fix it?

Hi @LuisaP

Experiencing disapproved Google Ads due to malware is a common issue. To resolve this, follow these steps:

  1. Scan Your Website for Malware: Use tools like Google's Safe Browsing to identify malicious content.
  2. Remove Detected Malware: Eliminate any harmful software found during the scan.
  3. Review Google's Policies: Ensure your site complies with Google's Malicious Software policies.
  4. Submit Your Site for Review: After cleaning, request a review through Google Search Console to confirm your site is safe.
  5. Appeal the Ad Disapproval: Once your site is verified as clean, appeal the disapproved ads in your Google Ads account.

For detailed guidance, refer to Google's support resources.

If you have other questions, I am willing to answer them more.

Best regards,

Daisy
