Why are my products getting declined by Google Channel?

Hi there I have installed the google channel but it keeps saying that my products are declined by google. They show me a few errors, including need a gtin (I dont, its all custome products) and some value is missing. I filled everything out in the google list (except color, size...its all digital in my store). I dont know what to do 🙂

To be approved on google feed, your products must have GTIN numbers. You can create a GTIN number if you are the manufacturer.

Hi, Google Shopping does not allow eBooks and digital books (not including audiobooks) to be listed on Google Shopping. Only tangible items that can be shipped are allowed. You can check out the details here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6150006?hl=en-GB

thank you so much that explains why I had so much trouble with google. I have a google channel should I delete it?

Yes, do delete it. Unused apps on your store will add to the store loading time.

Best way to promote your products would be through growing your social media presence organically, complementing with social media ads or to grow your marketing assets (and brand presence) by growing your own blog or YouTube channel.
