Why are visitors exiting my landing page without further interaction?

I set up my website on Shopify approximately 2.5 months ago and listed my products. I opted for completely organic growth on social media due to budget constraints. I had 786 visitors to my site, and 96% of them left the page without clicking on any product. Only around 20 people clicked on the products, and 4 added items to the cart (which might even include my own tests). What could be the reason for this, and why are people leaving the "landing page" directly?

Edit: And my Youtube-TikTok-Instagram videos gets average 5k views and totally i got over 100k views i don't know why they won't click too. 100k People doesn't even checked product

Hey! Firstly it's great that you're driving traffic purely with organic content. I'd love to take a look at your organic channels - would you be able to share your YT & TT links?

I work with ecommerce stores every day, helping them grow with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and Email Marketing - after having a look at your site, there's one main issue that immediately jumps out at me.

Your store is not speaking to a specific customer type at the moment - you feature a lot of different products solving very different issues together, for example, Halloween decoration & posture correcting products.

In my experience, the stores that have a true potential to grow, need to focus on a specific sub-segment of an audience and cater the products to solve the pain-points of that audience.

For example - themed decorations for parties and home decor - Helloween, Christmas, Bdays etc.

Or - kitchenware & kitchen utensils that help you with more efficient food prep.

I'd suggest taking a step back and really nailing down your brand proposition first, then selecting a product catalog that reflects the problems you want to solve and speaks to that specific audience about problems & solutions they face.

Best of luck with it all and do let me know if you have any other questions, or if I can dive into any of the points I shared in more detail 🙂

Thank you very much for your response. As the name suggests, I was already planning to add products that would make life easier when establishing the brand. It didn't matter to me where it was used. But I understand what you're saying, and I will work on that. But strangely, is it normal not to make any sales even though I get so many views? I would like to send you the links to my pages privately, is that possible?
