SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
I keep getting people on the website but no sales I need help.
Hey @JervaiseAllen,
Absolutely, you're doing great by reaching out for advice!
If you're comfortable, could you please share your website URL? This would allow me to provide more tailored advice based on your specific site.
In the meantime, here are my top 10 tips to help improve your store and hopefully turn those visits into sales:
1. Enhance your website design: The design of your site is crucial as it's your online storefront. A professional and appealing design can build trust among potential customers.
2. Make your site mobile-friendly: Many visitors may access your site from their mobile devices. Ensure that your site is optimized for mobile use.
3. Craft engaging product descriptions and use high-quality images: Clear, professional images and compelling product descriptions can make a world of difference.
4. Simplify site navigation: Ensure that your site is user-friendly. A complex layout can deter potential customers.
5. Implement SEO strategies: Optimize your site for search engines by using relevant keywords in your product titles, descriptions, and site content.
6. Encourage customer reviews: Positive reviews can significantly impact a potential customer's decision to purchase.
7. Provide a transparent return policy: A fair return policy can help instill trust in potential customers.
8. Improve your site's loading speed: A slow-loading site can be off-putting to potential customers. Consider ways to enhance your site's speed, such as reducing image sizes.
9. Leverage social proof: Social proof, like testimonials or reviews, can help build trust with potential customers.
10. Conduct promotions or sales: Running promotions or sales can motivate potential customers to make a purchase.
Remember, the key to success is constant testing and improvement. What works for one store may not work for another. Keep going, stay positive, and success will come your way. You're on the right track!

I've taken a look at your website. Sorry to point this out but I find many issues on your store that can possibly prevent visitors from buying on your site:
1. You sell too many different niches
You sell three totally different niches: Sports, X-mas gifts and Technology. On your homepage, I even see a skincare product. This makes customers question your expertise- even though they want to buy an item on your site, the doubt prevents them from taking action.
Therefore, think hard about what niche you want to specialize in and diversify your product lines for that specific niche. After you've built your brand, you can scale up and expand more niches if you want.
2. Your store navigation is confusing
When I click on Chrismast items, Sports or Technology on your menu, I want to browse a list of items for that specific niche, not to be directed to product pages stuffed with multiple products from multiple niches.
3. Your store's design is not eye-catching enough
Stunning web designs can help in closing deals. So here are some of my suggestions:
4. Your store is not trustworthy enough
Trust is extremely important to convert visitors into sales. So, after you've done all the things I recommended above, make sure you add product reviews for all your products.
I know that this might sound like a lot. But if you truly want to succeed with your store, you should know that starting one is not easy.
I hope that this helps!
Hi @JervaiseAllen
I am Garcia from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. I love your clear and clean layout of your store. However, there are still rooms for improvements. From my CRO expertise, I have some feedback for your Store and hope that they can help you increase the design.
1. Hero banner
Your proposed content for a hero banner is informative and includes a discount code, which can be enticing for customers. However, it can be made more engaging and concise. Here's a revised version:
Heading: "Get Festive with 50% Off!" (You can use a more catchy phrase related to the holiday season.)
Button: "Shop Now"
Sub-heading: "Discover the Perfect Gifts for Christmas!" (Consider highlighting specific products or categories.)
2. Categorize products into collections
I saw that your site have a lot of products so well-organized collections simplify the shopping experience, reducing the time and effort customers need to locate products. This can lead to higher customer satisfaction and increased sales.
3. Add promotions/ Discount
4. Add more sections on Homepage
