Hello! Our abandoned checkout emails are not sending, and I cannot figure out why.
The email flow under Marketing->Automations is set to active, no errors there. Welcome emails for subscribers are arriving fine, so this is not an email issue. I have found other similar threads, which said I need to enable Settings>Notifications or Settings>Checkout, but there is no option to enable it in these menus.
Seems there should be the "Abandoned checkouts" section and the "Send abandoned checkout emails" checkbox, but I don't see any of these as a shop admin and owner. Could you please advise what is the issue here? Thanks!
