Why aren't my automated emails delivering to customers?

I've created automation for abandoned cart and other situations, but the email is not being delivered to the customer. I created it with Shopify email app.
The standard abandoned cart email works, but the automation that contains flow is not working. I've tried with other flows, but nothing.

What's the problem?

Should I disable the standard abandoned cart?

Hi Ramponi. I suggest you setup your automation flows using klaviyo. You integrate Shopify and klaviyo, then set up your flows. This method is actually more effective. You can get in touch to get your Shopify-klaviyo automation flows set up.
