Why aren't my automated marketing emails sending in Shopify?
I have created an automation with Shopify under Marketing. I want a welcome email to be sent automatically to each new subscriber. This function is now even available pre-built in Shopify. Unfortunately, the automation does not send an email. I can send a test to myself when I create the email template, but when I activate the automation nothing happens.
Where could I be doing something wrong?
Same happens for abandoned product browse and abandoned cart, no mail sent
