The products in my store are currently not being published on Google. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

I first recommend checking your data feed app, if it displays any warnings or errors.
As there are hundreds of different apps, what steps you need to take will be different for each app.
If it shows errors, follow the instructions on how to resolve them.
If you don't see any errors, check Google Merchant Center > Products > Diagnostics for errors and resolve them.
As @PaulNewton suggested, if you can share screenshots or more details regarding your issues, we may be able to provide more guidance.
Do you know what a gtin or mpn is?
A GTIN is a barcode assigned by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer has assigned these, then you need to add them.
MPN is Manufacturer's Part Number, also assigned by the manufacturer, you can contact the company to ask what these are.
If the manufacturer has no bar codes, simply submit the products as custom. You can do that in Products > More Actions > Google
