I set up the 'welcome new subscriber' automation email yesterday. During testing, I found that emails were being received automatically. However, when I checked the automation today, I noticed that although the system showed successful email delivery, the reach count was 0. What could be the reason for this? Could it be because users haven't clicked on my automated emails?
Hi @YitianCai
The "reach count" being 0 usually means that no recipients have opened your email yet. This metric is different from "successful delivery," which only shows that the email was sent. If users received the emails but haven’t opened them, the reach count would still be 0. It's not necessarily about clicks but rather whether users have opened the email.
If you have other questions, please feel free to ask, and I will get back to you soon.
Best regards,
Daisy
