Why can't I connect my website to my Facebook page?

I would like to know why i cant seem to connect my shopify website to my facebook page. I believe i have done what was asked and it says on facebook my site is active, but its not, not really. it shows some other page other than my shopify page.   peggy z

Thank you for getting in touch. You'll first want to ensure that your store and your Facebook page meet the basic requirements outlined on our Help Center, which includes having an admin role on your Facebook account and having a Facebook page that is published. 

As you're seeing a different page rather than your Shopify store, you also might not have things linked up correctly. You'll want to log in and check that your Facebook business page is linked to the correct Business Manager account, and that everything is set up correctly in the Facebook channel within the Shopify admin.
