Why can't I find the scheduling option for product restock?

I am unsure if this is the correct forum, but i have attempted to schedule our restock for the last two weeks and no matter what device or computer i am using, the option is not available.  I have followed the instructions for scheduling, but there is never a calendar or scheduling option to be found.  I sure would appreciate some help.
