Why can't I redeem my balance rewards coupon on Facebook?

Hello ,

last week i got approved for shopify balance for two website.

and the balance allow you to get rewards like it says in this link:https://www.shopify.com/balance/rewards

so i found that i got one Facebook coupon .

i clicked to redeem the coupon like it show's in screenshots but guess what i'm not able to redeem the coupon.

i know you will said maybe you didn't have a payment method linked to the ad account or two the store or whatever reason you speculate , but believe me it's none of them, i still have one of the coupon i can provide it to you to run the test but believe me it's facebook issue, and it's your duty to let them know that the users are not able to redeem the coupon, don't forget it will hurt shopify credibility ( you'r promoting offers that doesn't work with the new feature balance).

hello, any update?

you can try to contact their developers team and ask them to fix the issue since you have a direct line, i'm waiting your reply shopify before the end of the day.
