Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with adding images to products, to ensure this gets resolved. To gather a bit more information, are you able to share what media type you're attempting to upload?
While various file types are accepted within the Shopify admin, PNG

Hello @Nicola11111,
This is Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
Do you have any screenshots to share?
Meanwhile below are a few possible solutions you can try.
1. Ensure that the image files you are attempting to upload meet Shopify's requirements. Supported file formats include JPG, PNG, TIFF, WebP and GIF. Additionally, check the file size limit imposed by Shopify, which is typically 20 MB per file.
2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies to eliminate any temporary issues that may be causing the problem. Sometimes outdated or corrupted data can interfere with file uploads.
3. Attempt uploading your images using a different web browser. Sometimes browser-related issues can affect file uploads. Popular browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari are generally compatible with Shopify.
4. Temporarily disable any browser extensions or plugins that might interfere with the file upload process. Some extensions can restrict certain functionalities on websites.
If none of the above solutions work, it's recommended to reach out to Shopify's support team directly. They can provide specific assistance and troubleshoot the issue further.
