Why do I not get Conversions?

Hello everyone,

Why is my Conversion rate still 0 even tho my add to cart sessions today was 35 Sessions?

 

Can someone give me a advise what I have to change, to make the people who add to cart also go further to checkout and then convert?

 

My Statistic from my tiktok ads today was:

Sessions: 1300

Add to Carts: 35

Checkout: 1

Conversion: 0

 

This is the page my customers get directed from tiktok: lovegifts.ch 

And this are my two ads: Ad 1  Ad 2

Hey there @lovegifts it seems to me that your ads are having good results in terms of the people it leads and the add to carts it gets so the major thing here is upgrades on the store itself. Before that, have you done enough checks to ensure that the checkout process is in order? Try placing a test order on the store to ensure that first

In terms of improving the store itself, I will suggest making sections for the best and newest products on the homepage. It would also make the store more appealing to have more than one customer testimonial on the homepage if possible. At the bottom, you should also consider adding the links to the social media pages of the business to make them more accessible and easier to keep up to date with for customers.
