Why does Facebook show two purchases instead of one?

Hello. I get “one” purchase shopify panel but when ı go to my facebook panel ı see ı get “2” purchase. Why facebook show me wrong information?

The discrepancy in the number of purchases may be because the customer has opted to checkout on Facebook (using Facebook's checkout) as opposed to checking out on your website. Shopify does not have access to the order information on the Facebook checkout, so it will not be recorded in your store.

 To check out on your website, they must select "View on website" to be redirected to your Shopify store, where they can complete their purchase. Only then would Shopify be able to record the order made, as it would have been made through the Shopify platform.

I do not have any facebook shop. Custumer click my link and directly came to my shopify store. I see today static. Facebook show me ı get 2 purchase but ı see my shopify panel ı see ı only “1” order. It is means facebook do not right track my website custumors replays. But ı check pixel and ı show pixel work very good. I open a case my facebook panel also
