Why does my store show as unavailable after failed payment attempts?

shopfy not debited payment and now my store shows unavailble please take ammount and do active my store .

am try to pay by card and upi but it shows fail payment every time

I understand you weren't debited for your store, which has led to your store becoming unavailable. Though our system does automatically prompt you to enter a credit card whenever you're logging into a deactivated account, this does stop happening after the system has returned three failed charge attempts.
