Why I choose to email all subscribers, but cannot email them all?

The problem is with shopify Email. When I use shopify Email to email to all subscribers, the subscribers number it shows in Email is less than the actual number in Customer. How can I fix it? Thanks!

Sometime your Shopify Email subscriber count is lower than your customer count. This is actually a common occurrence and usually happens for a few specific reasons:

1. Email Subscription Status:

• Not all customers automatically become email subscribers
• Customers need to explicitly opt-in to receive marketing emails
• Some customers might have unsubscribed from marketing emails

1. Email Compliance:

• Shopify follows GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email regulations
• Only verified email addresses can receive marketing emails
• Customers who have previously marked emails as spam are automatically excluded
