Why is email confirmation still sent even after disabling double opt in?

Hello. I've disabled the double opt in within Shopify on the Settings - Notifications page, and also disabled it within my email provider - Klaviyo, but the Email confirmation is still sent to new subscribers. How do I disable this, even though the box is already unchecked?

  3. Contact support: If the problem still persists, I would suggest contacting both Shopify and Klaviyo support. There could be a glitch they need to fix or other steps you need to follow that you're not aware of.
