Why is my email marketing not delivering results?

I tried setting up a newsletter sign up flow and sent a test mail at my personal mail but did not receive anything.

Not even under spam. Checked the outbox of the connected email and there was nothing.

I tried reaching out to support but it's not available at the moment

Can you share a screenshot of the flow?

Any logs available?
