I'm running a facebook ad manager sales campaign with the conversion objective of add to cart, i have around 600 visitors per day and 4 to 8 add to carts, but the purchase conversion rate is very low, only around 0.1 to 0.3%

I feel like my website design, product images, load speed and all the components are optimal but naybe there's something I'm missing

great! everything looks good. but i can see you haven't setup any analytical tools to analyze your users behaviour and no remarketing tag to retarget the users who visited but not purchased anything.
Google analytics 4 , Microsoft clarity helps to understand the user behavior or user journey to take necessary steps.
Let me know if you want to set up your analytics .
Thanks

Hey @ali53

CR can be affected by many factors apart from the ones you've listed. User experience, layout and information architecture all play a part in it as well. Did you tried some A/B testing?

ALI,

I have spent a ton of time and money in Facebook ads manager. Please consider my suggestion. campaigns with ATC objective will only get you ATC and minimal purchases. Facebook know which users will likely make a purchase and therefore will not be prioritized in add to cart campaigns because they are far more expensive to advertise to. Thus, Facebook will show ATC objective campaigns to users who will likely ATC but are unlikely to make a purchase.

All this and im saying, change your objective to CONVERSIONS. You WILL see higher cpms, cpc, over all costs but this is what it takes to acquire high converting traffic.

You will certainly find success. Just stick with it.
