Why is my Facebook ad spend exceeding the daily budget?

Hello Respected Reader! 

I am running my Facebook ads today is second day. I have created 6 ad set with 3 different ad for example still image, carousel and slideshow.my daily budge is 90$ but yesterday after spending 50$ Facebook still spending and delivering. Is this a common thing for new ads? and second I have 0 add to cart 0 initiate checkout and obesely 0 purchase. is there any recommendation or help it will be really appreciated. thank you
