Why is my GA tracking showing incomplete conversion data from my store?

I'm seeing an inaccuracy in the data reported in my GA account, which is linked to my Shopify store.

I've followed the guides for linking GA account to Shopify store. GA seems to be reporting on site traffic correctly but conversion data showing in GA is incomplete. Appreciate any help with finding solutions...
