Why is my merchant center account still suspended despite multiple checks?

Hi

I have tried everything to fix my website. Read the policies multiple times and still my merchant center account is suspended. I emailed google for help but they say they can't pin point the exact problem in my account. Even had third party companies checking it but still suspended.

Anyone with expert knowledge or has encountered the same problem or knows a solution please assist.

Selling drop ship items, is ussually the cause of the issue. When drop shipping, Google tends to need more trust signals from the business. Such as reviews, and a long history of orders.

Because it's so easy to set up, there are soo many scammers online, that Google is more strict on these types of businesses. 

This means honest merchants have it more difficult.

But it's not impossible. You just need to get real reviews.

For example, you need a phone number, business address, email on your contact page.

For example missing availability status on the product landing page.

Missing descriptions.

Since I have imported aliexpress reviews does that also play a part in the account being rejected?

And also having pictures in the discription is it a problem or not?

Absolutely, you are essentially showing fake reviews. Only show real reviews from sales made on your website.

Pictures in the description is not a problem.
