Hi, @leovad!

Thank you for joining this thread.

If your theme is causing the issue, you will want to try a few troubleshooting steps before reaching out to theme support. For instance, if you installed any apps recently, you may want to uninstall them to see if that solves the issue. You will also want to review any changes that you made to your theme code, as It's possible that an incorrect value as a setting in of one of your files is causing this issue. If this is the case, you can look to revert your theme to a previous version. You can roll back .liquid files individually to a time and date before you made the changes.

If you are still having issues, I suggest reaching out to your theme developer and see if they can investigate further. Check out our Help Center resource here to learn how to contact your theme developer.

Hope this helps!

Hi, @Silv3r!
Thanks for reaching out in our Community Forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.

I understand that your storefront has suddenly stopped loading. This can be caused by several reasons so I'd like to troubleshoot further. When you log in to your Shopify Admin, do you see any alerts on the homepage? If not, then this could be a theme related issue. To check this, head on over to your Online Store section, and check if you are able to view the theme in the theme editor. Does your storefront load there? If it does, then this can also be a domain issue. Did you make any recent changes to your store like connecting or transferring a domain?

If none if the above are applicable, we’ll need to access your account in order to gather more information. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via Community Forums at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through our Help Center. In order to access our live support, you will want to follow the on screen prompts to sign in, choose your topic and issue, then scroll to the bottom of the help article to view all of the available support options.

Let me know how that goes!

Hello @Silv3r,

I am Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $7Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot. Hope you are having a good day.

Here are some solutions for a blank Shopify website.

- If you or a developer made custom code changes, verify for any errors in the code that may be causing the blank page.

- Ensure that you have a stable internet connection by checking your router or modem. Consider restarting them if necessary.

- Switch to a different browser like Chrome or Firefox to see if the problem is browser-specific.

- Clear your browser's cache and cookies, as this may resolve loading issues with the website.

- Access your website from another device to see if the issue is specific to your computer or browser.

- Check for conflicting apps that might be causing the blank page. Temporarily disable recently installed apps to check if they are the culprit.

- Make sure your domain name is correctly set up and pointing to the correct Shopify store.

- Inspect your Shopify admin panel for any errors or warnings that may indicate the cause of the issue.

- Verify if there are any temporary outages or maintenance on Shopify that could be affecting your website.

I trust this will be of benefit to you.

Gina

Hi Silv3r

Mostly, this issue is due to the theme issue or network error when loading from the backend. It is highly suggested to contact Shopify Team directly or check your network connection and access again.

If available, you can also attach the blank page screenshot here and I will help further check it for you, thank you.
