Why is my sitemap not submitting on Google Search Console?

Hi, 

I am trying to submit my sitemap on google search console but get an error - General HTTP error Couldnt fetch. 

The sitemap i am putting is - sitemap.xml

My website is verified but sitemap is not getting submitted. 

I am attaching the error. Please advise

Hi @005,

looking at your issue, at first I would create a new property with the main domain. Now, I can see that the property is created for the URL https://indigo-barnd.myshopify.com. When I visited your website, I was redirected to https://indigobarn.in. –> this one should be used for the property.

I also tried to access your sitemap (https://indigobarn.in/sitemap.xml) and it's working, so there should be no problem with the sitemap. See the screenshot: 

The steps are:

• Create a new property with https://indigobarn.in (this should be also the main one used in your Shopify store)
• Verify your site (domain recommended)
• Add the sitemap (https://indigobarn.in/sitemap.xml)
