I added US as a market and added shipping rates. But when I turned on marketing for US my main primary India is not showing as an option in the checkouts. I have been at it for hours.

please help me sort my store.

Can you share your URL with me so I can test your checkout on my end? When you go to Settings > Markets in your admin, do you see India as your primary market?
