Why isn't my buy 2 get 1 free beer discount working?

Hi, 

I've tried to set up a discount so that if people purchase any 2 of our beers, they get 1 specific beer free. I've tried setting it up automatic, with a discount code and it doesn't work. I have tried setting a minimum product to buy and I've also tried it with a minimum spend, no matter what I do it doesn't work. I've added every product and I've tried adding every collection, once again nothing works. HELP!
