SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Hello, @shayanalih.
Let's see if we can get this domain issue resolved for you! Can you clarify for me please - did you purchase this custom domain via Shopify, or through a third-party site like GoDaddy for example? When you use a third-party domain, you connect the domain to your store via editing the domain's DNS settings. You can access these settings via the domain host's website. The correct settings to apply are:
Once you have done this, please be aware it takes up to 48 hours for these changes to apply. Is it possible that you are currently within this 48-hour window right now? If you are, you can continue to use your .myshopify.com URL until the custom domain is ready, so your store will still be accessible to customers.
You mentioned the domain "still shows on available page" - I am unsure what you mean by this? Could you please clarify and also provide a screenshot of what exactly you are seeing on this page? Thank you.
Are you currently in the process of setting up your store? What stage are you at with this? One resource I always recommend to someone before they launch their store is to have a careful look over this blog post: A 14 Point Ecommerce Checklist To Launch Your Shopify Store . Meeting all of these points on the checklist before the store launch would leave you in a truly excellent position and set up for success with your store. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
